After 25 years, my engagement ring and wedding band needed some help! The loss of a tiny diamond is what took me into Douglas Jewelers, but after inspecting my ring, I was told that all of my prongs were worn down. I am so happy with the repair work done on my ring! It looks like new, and ready for the next 25 years! Thank you, Doug and David!
Douglas Jeweler is so great! I walked in hoping to find something to commemorate a personal milestone. David introduced himself and I explained what I was looking for, and he patiently helped me choose something perfect. I was very excited to go pick it up today, and was happy to see David behind the counter. He remembered having helped me before, and I really like that this store makes you feel like family, not just a customer. I love my ring, and will definitely return for anything I might be looking for in the future!

I have a beautiful ring and i was just devastated when one of the diamonds fell out. I went to a few of the bigger jeweler stores to get it repair to find out that my ring is a little more complicated and I was not having any luck finding a place.
