Picked up a 2018 challenger from these guys this passed weekend and had the pleasure of getting Randy as my sales person, nicest guy I've ever met and was very helpful as well, he really helped me get the exact car I wanted for exactly what I wanted it for, awesome dealership, would definitely recommend it to anyone, and if you do go in make sure you ask for Randy, You wont be disappointed.
DONT EVER EVER EVER come to Venice Douglas Jeep dealership for ANYTHING EVER. Yesterday on our way to work, Cara & I noticed we had TWO nails in Cara’s right rear tire. After working over night, we both drove to Douglas Jeep dealership to have her tire replaced. Upon arrival, no one felt the need to greet us or acknowledge awaiting customers, we had to show up to the service department, & wait 10 minutes before receiving any communication. Getting your first new car is always a memorable moment. With the help of jack at douglas-jeep in venice, we found a beautiful 2016 Subaru WRX STI, and he was extremely helpful at getting me setup on my own loan for the car at a very good rate and a very good deal. I fully recomend anyone to this dealer if they are in the market for a new or used car.
I'm very satisfied with the customer service provided by the Douglas dealership staff. I only stopped in the service department for a recall on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and left with a 2017 Dodge Challenger! It was a good experience working with both service dept. and Jack Prater in sales!
