Jared and his assistant are absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely great at what they do. Came in for an annual check up visit, got recommended biopsy, then they scheduled a follow up during which I was told to come back for another follow up. 2 follow ups? No issues. The bill came… ~700$ + 150$ for biopsy. They didn’t bill insurance properly, nothing is covered. They seem to try and schedule as many follow ups as possible, even if with no concerns: just to bill more later.

So thankful for the Woodland Hills office who took me in last minute not being a patient there before to fix a filler procedure that was done by another doctor/clinic blocking a blood vessel to my eye and nose. Immediately when seeing what was happening to my face Shanah quickly got me sorted preventing what could’ve been a disaster that was very painful.
