Dodge Salisbury showed me a house that was perfect for me. He was getting 5% commission if I bought it. And then he was so sure I would be able to be out of a different contract that he said Douglas elliman would help me get it. They are not. He also promised to personally pay me back my earnest money if the title company wouldn’t refund it. He won’t stand by his word. Dodge also told me he was going to pay my lender who referred me - not legal. Melisa Webb knew all of this and is standing by him. He has not given the earnes... read more
