Retained Doug Terry to defend me on some criminal matters. Yes, Doug has been a lawyer for over 30 long, tired years. I have know Doug Terry for over 25 years and find him to be one of the most honest and reputable attorneys in Southern Utah. I have read some of the complaints that people have left him and let me tell you they are so off in left field. Defense attorney's have a very difficult job and when law enforcement put a strong case together with good witnesses and evidence, there is only so much any attorney can do for their client. Doug Terry is one of the best lawyers in this state. He will always look at all options and I will speak from personal experience that he is not all about the money he cares for the individual and has their best interest in mind always. Any bad reviews for him must come from people that did not have a good cause in Mind. He will always do what's right.
It is hard to imagine how the Utah State Bar would ever allow someone so dishonest to represent people in this state. Terri is a disgrace and dishonorable human being whose sole purpose is to take peoples money, and subsequently provide substandard representation. Is this the type of person you want to serve your interests when things get tough?
