Every appointment I have had at this facility has been a very positive experience. The process they have work's very smoothly. Everyone is very pleasant and very helpful. Dr Bigelow is very professional. He sits and looks you in the eye when he talks to you. He answers all of your question's and explains his reasons as to why he is ordering certain test.
I went in for a second opinion on an ear drum surgery from 6 months ago, there was a pen hole size perforation when I went to the office. The doctor performed topical cleaning and has now created a double or triple larger hole than when I arrived, from before and after images.
Great care, great Drs, wonderful staff!
