Very thorough and provided good guidance.
Care provided was great once I was seen. That's the reason for 4out of five stars. I arrived close to 8:25 for an 8:40 appt with doctor to be followed by a 10:00 appt with the audiologist. It was after 12 when I got out of the parking lot. Travel time to the hospital from my home began at 6:30 a.am. Now that I am much older, driving distance from WHEre I live in Chester Co. PA to Phila. is quite fatiguing. I need to find a Physician and audiologist that provides the same level of care that I receive at The Perleman Center
I felt like a complete evaluation was performed and they listened to my questions and gave honest answers
