Every time I go to an appointment at Douglas Dental I am treated courteously and professionally. The technicians to the Dentist are top notch and very friendly. I recommend them to all!

I entered the unknown today getting prepped for my first crown. Although I had been told the last couple years it was a matter of time, I did not think much about it until my tooth broke last night. I called first thing this morning for an appointment and thanks to a cancellation, was in the office by 9:00. Although I expected discomfort, there was none. Dr. Rastetter does a nice job with prep and explaining the process. Pain free and rather quick.
It is always a good time when I have my dental check up. Everyone is very professional and very personable!
Getting my teeth cleaned was must do thing in previous years. Now that I am going to Douglas Dental these twice per year visits have become a thing that is no longer unpleasant. Why? Because this is a place where everyone is happy and cheerful, really cares about making the visit successful.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad, who has been a patient at Douglas Dental for 4 years now. My parents moved to Des Moines approximately 5 years ago and I was referred to them by the assisted living facility where they lived. The staff is always very friendly to Dad and I. Dad is in his 80’s and they have always been patient and caring in their interactions with him.
All staff did excellent job.

My visit was very pleasant, as always. Posh is very friendly and puts me at ease with wonderful conversation in what can be a stressful situation. Dr. Rastetter is also very friendly and answers all my questions without making me feel intimidated. I am in and out and back to work in a very reasonable time. Thank you.
