Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. Didn't have to wait for my appt. Always gives free samples, they ask what type of products we prefer.

For hating going to the dentist this is by far the most pleasant experience. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. And we get holiday and birthday greetings! Bonus....a TV to distract the scraping and picking!! My husband loves them too! Thanks!

Always treated like family. I cracked my tooth, they got me in the same day. Root canal referred and done same day also. Yesterday was the final appearance. Temp crown off and new crown on and out the door in 30 min. or less. Love these guys....

I can’t say enough great things about my first appointment here. The staff were all very polite, friendly, and punctual. I had some special circumstances going into this appointment, but everyone there knew all about it and to me, that shows excellent communication and teamwork. Dr. Rastetter was awesome and seems like a very caring individual. I look forward to continuing to go to Douglas Dental for all my future dental needs!
