i have been a patient at Diuglas Dental for over 15 years. Dr Rasesetler is a great professional and I am confident that he looks out for his patients. Pach, my dental hygienist, is patient with me and does an excellent job. You can tell that she cares for her patients. Kathy, the dental assistant, always puts a smile on my face as she is so positive and encouraging. I just recently moved to Iowa and Dr. Rastetter was recommended as a good dentist. When I arrived at the office the receptionist was very friendly, in fact the entire staff was very friendly and professional from the receptionist to Dr Rastetter. I would definitely recommend Douglas Dental.
I just had my first visit here and the whole thing was a very pleasant experience. From scheduling to x-rays, to the actual dental exam and cleaning, everyone was friendly, I wasn’t kept waiting, exam and cleaning were thorough, and I feel confident bringing the rest of my family here for their dental visits. As always, my apt with Douglas Dental was a good experience.. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. Kelli, the dental hygienist is especially nice and always has a smile on her face to set you at ease. I highly recommend Douglas Dental for all your dental needs.
The entire team is awesome, from remembering the little things to going above and beyond to make sure we're comfortable. Even when we moved out of town, we never considered moving to a new dental office.
