I had one visit with her eight months ago (my daughters first newborn appointment) and she was terribly inconsiderate,impatient, and unhelpful. I ended up sobbing because of how terrible she made me feel. Well, she is covering my main providers message portal right now, and all she responded with to my question was “I think so.” What kind of an answer is that from a medical professional? OhioHealth needs to take actions about her bedside manner!
Our 2 younger, adolescent daughters were already being seen at the practice when she came on and from the first time I met her, she had me blown away with her amazing bedside manner, her knowledge, the way she cared, the fact that she actually LISTENED AND LOOKED AT US while we talked to her...... that like never happens anymore at any doctor's, except a rare few.
