I cannot compliment this office enough. I have been seeing Dr. Lott since I moved to Sacramento for college. It has been almost 10 years now and will likely never visit another dental office in my life. Cleanings are comfortable and the entire staff is awesome. Where do I start; they have a poster board dedicated to photos of patients pets, full service dentistry, state of the art technology, and some solid reading material on the ceilings.
I have a fear of having dental work done. I chose Dr Lott because I had heard from people in my neighborhood that Dr Lott is super considerate towards folks like me. I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time. I'm getting a lot of work done now and Dr Lott just makes me feel so comfortable. I haven't been to see the dentist in awhile. Being in a new city I had to find a new dentist and I am so happy I found Dr. Lott! His staff is amazing and I can't say a single bad thing about the attention and service I received. Chelsea at the front desk is awesome. She made me feel like family the minute I walked in. Can't wait for my next visit!
I was looking for a new dentist close to home and by way of referral from Chelsea I found the perfect Dentist. Dr. Lott is a combination of a cultural anthropologist and a dentist. He broke down certain teeth and bone structures which was super fascinating to me. His office contains the latest technology and his hygenist were super professional and focused. I highly recommend this place.
