My dad recently bought a truck from them and was very happy with the experience, so since I was having trouble with something on my car, he suggested I take it to them since I had so many problems with the dealer I bought it from. Buyer beware is right. I took my wife to help buy a car, and took her to Doug smith because I thought a well established business like that would be fair and up front. Made a deal with them for a trade in and no down payment of which they agreed. Not a word was said during the paperwork in which they slipped in a 500.00 down payment of which nothing of the sort was agreed upon. Buyer beware!!! Called about a truck they had for a certain price. Told them I'd be in the next day to look at it. When they txt me the next day wondering when I was coming by I told them I wasn't coming anymore because the price had gone up $1000 from the day before.
