Went in for oil change usually go to American fork , well wish we had , oil spray all over inside hood , windshield ! Didn’t even bother wiping off wow was there like 2 hours for oil change 🤔 not very organized learned my lesson won’t go back ! Do not recommend !!

We had a beyond amazing experience. Porter stayed later to help us finalize our car, interacted with our kids and was very upfront with our trade in values of our cars. This was our first car purchase together and everyone in the dealership made us feel at home. They are all amazing with kids (especially Porter and Caitlynn). Doug Smith is AMAZING! Marcos is the best sales rep I’ve ever had. He wasn’t pushy at all. I pulled in and was test driving the vehicle I wanted in less than 10 minutes. He was very kind and so knowledgeable about my Jeep! He helped me with my trade-in as well. Steve in finance was excellent as well. I bought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica back in October. when we bought it we came in first thing in the morning about 10 AM. it took them until 6 PM to just get our car detailed and ready to leave the lot, we were waiting for five hours after we signed the paperwork just to be able to leave the lot. then fast forward to June and my car battery apparently died I told it to the Doug Smith dealership in Spanish Fork to have them fix it and $400 later they decide to give me my car back.
