I was unsure who to call when my old gas furnace was going on and off. I saw that Doug Miller Heating and Cooling had decent reviews and I was able to get someone to come out the same day. Kane showed up on time and quickly diagnosed that I had a couple burner tubes dirty and they were not lighting. In less than a half hour, I had consistent heat! My furnace stopped working and I wasn’t sure who to call because a lot of companies just want to get every dollar they can out of you. His crew is very professional and caring. They take the time to diagnose the issue and give you a fair estimate. I will absolutely be calling them back if I need service and you should too.

Call at 7:24 am Doug answered and was here at 1pm fixed by 1:30 air is COOLED. Very happy 😁

Called 5 different contractors. 2 never called back. All that I talked to said they don't do warranty work. Called Doug Miller's Heating and cooling. Only one in Galesburg that would touch it. He said they would check it the next day. The technician showed up on time and fixed my system. Very knowledgeable and friendly technician. All is well now, and it was a quick cheap fix.
