Our temp in the house was 85°. Doug was here in an hour after we called on a Friday evening. He was so thorough and detected and repaired the problem promptly. When he left, our house was already cooling down and reached our set temp before bedtime. I trust his competence and appreciate his professionalism and communication with us.
