RecommendedI highly recommend Melissa for selling a house...she knows the market, pricing, and has a lot of good advice for what needs to be tackled and what doesn't. Plus, the staging done at the house was fantastic! She really put a polish on the house and I guarantee it would not have sold nearly as well with anyone else.

Zach's expertise on internet updates on properties newly listed and sold for a specific area in Bemidji that we were searching for, was invaluable as we were searching from 600 miles away. This was my first time buying a home. Zach was my realtor, and he was excellent. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend him!
We went through problems with Doug (as the sellers realtor) he didn’t turn in paper work that was needed nor pay for fees he was responsible for. Than when confronted about it he just stopped taking calls.. at which point we showed up at his office (hard to avoid is that way... in the end the problem was resolved by our realtor my best advise go with a more professional place than this.
