After being told I would be reimbursed for my car seats they will not do it now, went back against their word. Even after the car seat manufacturer said the seats were recommended to be replaced Will no longer ever work with State Farm
In the last 10 years I have used probably 3 or 4 different insurance companies for my house and car and state farm has had the best packages for me so far out of all of the other companies.
We moved from Hawaii to Anchorage and searched around for the cheapest prices in insurance, Doug McCann State Farm beat others pricing and the staff were very informative on our new big move! Super down to earth and welcoming to Alaska and to State Farm. TOTALLY recommend
When moving from Hawaii me and my family had to transfer our insurance over from there. Alex there made our transfer of insurance quick and easy. Would recommend to my mother for insurance!
Can't get my name right. Didn't even know they moved office.. The office is sad. Then i call and ask when i can talk to Doug, they tell me he doesn't come in office and my husband goes in the office and lady says well Doug was just here. Wait, what.. Grrrrr...
Prompt friendly and always easy to work with. Had lower rate quotes but the service you get with these folks is enough to make me stay even if it is a few more bucks. =)
