This dealership has it all figured out. One of the best experiences i have ever had when buying a car. The staff was over the top from sales, to service. I will make them my first contact in the future

The amount originally posted online was $2000 dollars less than what they told me it was at the dealership. When I questioned it to they gave a ridiculous reason for it. Once I returned home and looked at the webpage they had raised the price $2000.

Thanks for giving us a shot at earning your business. We did honor the price listed on CarGurus and our website for the 12 Yukon which CarGurus even lists in "Fair Deal". The other price in question was NADA value which did not include 20 inch wheels, sunroof, rear bucket seats, tow package which raises the price above our Cargurus price. We are sorry for the confusion with the two prices and sounds like we did not do a good job explaining it to you. My mother drove all the way to the dealership after calling to confirm the car was there on 5-25-2018 at 10:15 a.m. , she then called at 1pm to let them know she was otw with the cash. Once her and my brother drove the hour drive, she was told they sold the vehicle the night before. They didn't call her the following day to apologize, however I feel they should try to find the same type of vehicle she came for and honor her with a good sale.
