Great dealership. Took the time to ensure customer experience was outstanding throughout the entire process.
Disappointing. Its obviouse this dealership has bought into a canned sales process. We drove over an hour and a half to see a specifc car listed online and after coordinating our information, departure time and loan qualification information in advance, it was if we were starting from scratch when we got there. No one knew anything, where the car was located and the car was filthy inside - bird crap inside the passenger door, fast food wrappers in the floor board.
