Easiest deal I ever made
My mom and j worked with Jared Price and he made the process of purchasing this Kia Soul painless. I appreciate him sending service records and staying open late so we could drive over 2 hours to check it out and take it for a test drive.
My experience at Doug Henry Chevrolet of Tarboro was better than 5 stars! Neal Joyner was the sales associate that assisted me and I have to say he was terrific! He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls, he wasn't pushy, he gave me all the facts up front about the car, he listened to what I wanted, everything went easy & smooth. The rest of the staff were all very welcoming & kind. If you're looking for a new or used car I highly recommend Doug Henry Chevrolet!

Disappointing. Its obviouse this dealership has bought into a canned sales process. We drove over an hour and a half to see a specifc car listed online and after coordinating our information, departure time and loan qualification information in advance, it was if we were starting from scratch when we got there. No one knew anything, where the car was located and the car was filthy inside - bird crap inside the passenger door, fast food wrappers in the floor board.
