We have been paying for a vehicle that we got and a week later had to take it back because something was wrong with it!!! They have had it for two months we picked it up yesterday and today the window fell off the track ���� BAD BUSINESS ����
Was the worst car buying experience ever the owner son I guess who that is was rude to my wife took vehicle in to get fixed and it was still messed up and the office lady was rude as well and got told it's her job to be that way tried telling us we didn't have insurance when we did so our insurance agent had to call up there the lady swore up and down we didn't then they told her that was our policy renewal date horrible place I will not go back
Steve was great! Made our auto purchase smooth, quick, and easy. We got the vehicle we wanted with the payments we needed. Would definitely recommend Steve at Doug Boyd!
