RecommendedThe employees here went above and beyond for me and I wasn't even a customer for them. They saved my baby kitten who was stuck in the undercarriage of my car for 30 hours. when the other businesses didn't want to help me get this baby out Jeremy and another team member didn't hesitate to save the kitten. They rescued her by taking some parts off and lifting my car. I am always going to be thankful for their services!!! I recommend this place to anybody who wants caring individuals!! thank you guys so so much!!!!!

I told Doug Boyd and Motors I needed a new car because my current car didn’t have a working heater and I was about to have a baby. Then they had the audacity to sell me a car that had the heater/acs wires superglued to hold long enough for me to not notice for a couple of weeks. The blower stopped working and I took it to get fixed and they said that it was close to catching the carpet on fire, and that if would have the electricity would have shut off and locked me and my baby inside.
Will never go back or recommend to anyone . As we understand, a son-in-law took over to run Doug Boyd Motors. The most awful experience we have ever had in trying to buy a car with cash on hand. Son-in-law went over car salesmen and changed price and trade-in at a price no one would ever pay. Heard through grape vine he wanted to keep SUV for himself. Will never go back!

I have had my 2004 trailblazer for a year now no major problems just the usual maintenance which I expected buying an older vehicle but has been a very reliable SUV will definitely consider buying from them again
