Very flexible in making time to show me homes that met my criteria. Loved the team website and searches. Worked with Kevin and he was great! He drove us around to many foreclosures, lots, and existing homes for sales. He had great insight about the neighborhoods.
We worked with Kevin Mize and he was exceptional! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. It was also nice that we could borrow the Team Bohannon's moving truck to get all of our stuff out of storage. They, overall, made our home buying and moving transition much easier and almost worry free!
This team did an outstanding job while helping us find a home while moving from Cincinnati to the Tampa/Apollo Beach area as part of our Amazon relocation. Personable, organized, and great customer service! What we liked best about Kevin Mize was his process knowledge while not being overly-aggressive and/or pushy. They even purchased and delivered a ceiling fan for us after our move! We highly recommend using them...
Kevin was exteremely patient and caring throughout the whole search process. Once the property was found, he went out of his way to ensure successful completion. Over several months of working together Kevin impressed me and I would not want to work with anyone else on my future real estate transactions in Central Florida.

Kevin Mize was my agent and I must say my experience with him was wonderful. Kevin began sending me listings in September 2013 and he was always very willing to discuss any issue and always willing to show me listings. What I like about Kevin is that he was always there but not any bit pushy or upset when I wasn't moving too fast to make a purchase.
