I want to thank Kevin Mize for all his help in making my dream of homeownership a reality. I am a single mother with 3 young boys, work full time, and juggle a full schedule. Pat was phenomenal during the entire process. We had some unexpected issues arise late in the process and Pat was able to resolve the issues with little to no involvement from us. He kept us informed and coordinated all of the necessary steps to ensure that closing occurred as scheduled. I highly recommend him and his team of professionals!
