Andres responded to my inquiry right away. He made the process of purchasing my first home a pleasant experience. Andres was open, honest and vocal about homes that I was interested in viewing that were not in my best interest. Being a first time home buyer, it was imperative that I worked with someone that I could trust. I trust Andres Diaz and his knowledge and skills in this field. Highly recommend.

Team Bohannon were the listing agents when we bought the house 11 years ago and due to the vast knowledge and the fact that they had nearly every single listing in 7 Oaks of Wesley Chapel during 2006, when we purchased we listed with them to be our selling agent in 2016. Doug Bohannon attended all the showings in person, office staff very organized, easy to approach, good communication skills. Andrea Wilson from the office staff was extremely helpful. Office picked up the phone within two rings, never had to leave a voice message.

I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. It was my first time purchasing a home and Daniel took care of everything. He knows the area very well and provides a very personal touch. He started the process by taking the time to understand our needs then he provided several options for us to consider.
