Excellent agent, very helpful, friendly, and reliable. Super responsive (I communicated with her via a message app, even during the weekends) and extremely knowledgeable (she knew very well every step of the process and advised me in the negotiation). I have no experience with her as a "seller's agent", but I definitely recommend her as a buyer's agent.
