Diaz was a great real estate agent. He was polite and helpful while we toured multiple houses. He gave information on house quality, and which houses would be easier to maintain. He gave me neighborhood advice, and an overview of the real estate market situation. He found a house that met all of my requirements, and was well under budget.

As first time home buyers, we had lots of qualms looking for a home in a new state. We are originally from Virginia, but a new job required relocation to Florida. Purchasing a home is already a very difficult thing to do when located more than 800 miles a way, but doing so in a pandemic is next to near Impossible.
