Rip-off vulture – Jim Doucet is a rip-off and a sleeze bag. Contacted him about having snow removed from the roof. He was very interested in the business and said he could probably do it the next day. He later called that night and quoted us an astronomical range of prices - from $1200 to $2000 dollars to remove snow from an expanded Cape & to remove ice dams. We had no leaks & we were taking care of the ice dams ourselves. He would not listen to us & kept insisting we had to let him take care of the ice dams. When he finall... read more
