His assistant kept giving me round around while costing money without seeing the doctor for cataract surgery. So after 3 months, I gave up without ever had the opportunity to even see him. In my opinion not honest system
I was a patient for over 20 years and will not go back to the practice. After cataract surgery with lens replacement my follow up appointment was with his associate doctor who essentially told me she didn’t care about my problems and concerns. I left the office and will never go back. Fortunately another doctor addressed my problems and concerns in a couple days and solved my situation to my satisfaction, which would have been very easy to do if the doctor would have listened and addressed my problems. Dr. Doubrava is the only eye doctor I have seen for the past 10 years. He is highly skilled, patient, and caring.
His staff is very experienced, very professional and very well trained. He is not a very good communicator and doesn't answer questions.
