Corey, Allison and Pierre were amazing. We had a family member in the hospital in Austin for over three weeks. They were very helpful and caring. It made a hard situation bearable. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in downtown Austin.
The view from our room was beautiful! The room itself was nice was well, but the cleanliness was lacking especially in the bathroom. The pool is kind of small and also lacked cleanliness, they should probably update the outdoor furniture and towels at least. The breakfast is kind of overpriced for what you get, I wouldn't eat it again. The staff is friendly enough, though.
Martajia is a wonderful human being. She should be promoted and given a raise. Thank you for providing an excellent stay every time we visit this hotel.
