The toilet to the room was clogged when I called about it someone showed up with a plunger. Apparently we had to attempt to be maintenance and fix it. I finally got a friendly housekeeper that finally called a a manager to get maintenance to our room to fix the toilet. I attempted to extend my stay and the evening crew which were super friendly and helpful checking in but gave me the run around and was told to do it in the morning. Rooms were nice and loved being downtown area.

Among the worst Hilton branded hotels I’ve ever stayed in in terms of value. 50 dollars for self parking (with signs reminding you don’t leave anything in your car) and dated rooms that smelled of smoke.

Pros: Great staff and service, easy to access other parts of the city Cons: Rooms on the south side face a massive air conditioning unit that buzzes all night long. There were only two outlets in our room, both in the same distant corner. No full length mirror. Lighting options were too bright or too dark. Tv was broken. Parking garage costs $50 a day and was extremely tight and hard to get in and out of. WiFi did not work. Breakfast was $23 for your typical continental breakfast if powdered eggs and cups of yogurt. They no longer have valet. But the guy at the desk was very accommodating. I love there rooms.
