I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Additionally, the location is prime as it's within walking distance of the UAT Campus, and downtown Austin. After my stay, I reached out to the management with a concern, and I was impressed by how promptly and professionally they handled it. We have been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years and are always blown away from our stay at the service here. However, after our recent trip, we will not be returning. There were several problems we brought up to the front desk that they refused to fix or acknowledge the inconvenience it caused us. The hotel has taken away features that made it unique and memorable and now it’s just a washed up hotel with subpar service.
