Everything is bigger in Texas… except the king the beds. Bizarre room. Had a king bed confirmed reservation. They “upgraded” me to a suite. It had a tiny bed with a king bed frame. Picture shows it shirt on nightstand is because there is no closet or wardrobe in the huge suite. I told the front desk (twice) and they didn’t believe it
Unfotunately, the food is horrible! The eggs are made from some substance that is not eggs, there was left over juice in the morning brown bananas and stale potatoes and french toast. the fruit was just OLD. There was no plant based milk option. the pillows were horrible. I had to leave to work and I could not find the person that takes payment for the horrible breakfast and I went to the front office to pay. The girl was SO RUDE TO ME! saying no nicely and being rude is an option !
No valet but luckily there were some self parking spaces available the basement garage. Mañana at the front desk was super helpful and kind after a long day of travel. Will be back.
