What a wonderful experience, from the check in to room service it was fabulous! Randy, who delivered our food was very friendly! The maid staff would place my sons stuffed animals in places around the room, he had the best time finding them when we returned from Disneyland. The wait staff in the restaurant was always friendly and helpful! (Even though we just got the buffet!) The room was always clean, and our neighbors extremely quiet! Myself, my daughter and her friends stay here during Vidcon every year. All the hotel staff are welcoming and gracious. Everything from the room, room service to gym and pool were to my satisfaction. I would stay here every year for Vidcon. Sadly I couldn't get a reservation this year but there is always next year!
I loved everything about this place.. My family and I can't say enough about this place 5 stars
