My family stays in this hotel almost every year whenever we go to Niagara Falls. Our stay last weekend (Fri to Sat) makes us have second thoughts about staying here next time. Parking Fee increased from $25 to $35 per night, which is very unreasonable considering other hotels asking for this much are in the Clifton Hill area and offer covered parking with security in the exits. The best hotel in Niagara Falls!! Not far from the falls and since it’s not close to the main area, it makes it very clean and comfortable and quiet.

They charged the Destination fee, even though it is not legal and refused to credit me when I protested. (1 week later, after a conversation with Niagara Tourism, suddenly the charge was reversed. Check your confirmation, and for sure check your receipt when checking out.)

Reading reviews and would like to clear up Doubletree’s misleading response regarding a customer’s property theft this time last year; 2025. The key access report that Doubletree provided to the customer and Niagara Falls police department did show an unknown entry to their room. Housekeeper had id#, guests were listed as guest#1 and guest#2. There was also an unauthorized entry and two attempts to edit the computer report. The location is great and the rooms are pretty good. The service was not great as employees seemed to just not care. My family and myself very much disliked that we could not enter or exit any door without walking through a cloud of smoke or pot from guests and employees. The pool and hot tub were not very clean nor were the general areas including elevators with garbage left on them. Not the experience I’m used to having at Hilton hotels.
