This is not a DoubleTree anymore and does not offer a shuttle to/from SNA. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff non existent. Wouldn’t recommend
This place was a dump. The pool and Jacuzzi have been emptied indefinite. When we even asked about it the guy looked at us like we were crazy. There r no vending machines for water or anything of the sort. There are only 2 towels in the room and if you need more, room service is unavailable. The guys who r at the front desk are both snobs like we don't belong here. I am American 😅 and I live a few cities over. Just here for some beach days. This was the wrong spot to choose.
