The shower head was a little low and having to pay for parking is kind of annoying but overall we had a great stay.
The hotel & rooms are nice, but the service is horrible. For one they charge $28 to park, now I travel quite a bit for work and all the hotels I stay at downtown do not charge the guests for parking, usually just for people that are attending the convention center NOT their guests. Then I woke up super early and didn't want to wake the wife and kids, so went down to get coffee, great then after 6am they said I needed to pay for it wasn't free anymore.
