The 4 star rating needs to be re-evaluated. Our room bathroom was gross. Carpet was filthy. Smell of mold around the hotel as a whole. Parking elevators were not working up to the 5th floor. Pool was dirty. Hot tub had stuff floating in it. Not enough towels in the room. Called for more and an employee never arrived with any. For what I paid I did expect more.
