Skip this location. The rooms have water damage that was painted over and whomever performed the work, must have been drunk and high while working. Our room had a harsh chemical smell as if the cleaners had tried to cover up something worse. The front desk is slightly above ambivalent concerning any problems or issues.

I would like to highlight Mr. Noah Patterson at this location. I came into the hotel to purchase some delicacies. Mr. Patterson greeted me with the utmost respect and exhibited the best customer service I have seen in a while. Anyone that visits this location, please ask for Mr. Patterson, you will be satisfied with his exemplary customer service.

I am here in Tallahassee, in this hotel right now now writing this review. It is 2:25am and I am just that pissed that this could not wait until the morning. I am here because I am starting my PhD at Florida State University in August. They paid for the my hotel stay. This place has been nothing short of a nightmare since I arrived when it comes to customer service. I pulled into valet and was offered a warm greeting by Ami. He was professional and courteous. He handed me off to Noah at the front desk who promptly checked me in and met every need I had. These two gentlemen had customer service down to a science. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience!
