I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 5 years - once even staying for a whole month for work purposes. I rotate between various hotels in Victoria and this hotel by far has the worst sound proofing out of any hotel I’ve been to in the area, particular to outdoor noise - which is plentiful due to the busy street, intoxicated individuals, construction, etc. Trying to get any sleep is a disaster here. I want to give a huge thank you to Ebi at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria. He went above and beyond to help us with our reservation. We needed a room with two queen beds, and at first it seemed nearly impossible to arrange—but Ebi made it happen. Because of his efforts, our vacation turned out so much better than we expected. His professionalism, patience, and determination to help guests really stood out. Ebi made all the difference in our stay—five stars all the way!
