The room was comfortable and clean, and the location is great, but the real reason for the 5 star review is how great the front desk staff & manager were. I ended up having to go to the hospital (NOT because of anything at or near the hotel, it was because I hurt myself while having fun in the outdoors with friends), and the front desk staff were very helpful in getting me there, and the front desk manager & staff were even more helpful & accommodating in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible for me as I was ge... read more
Great stay! Location is central to everything. Staffs were great. Everyone at breakfast was amazing especially Aileen. Thank you for being so considerate and thoughtful of what we needed.
Rooms: Bathroom is too small in most rooms. Service: While using elevator, a team member was looking at her phone. Her phone was loud and did not appear to be being used for work related purposes. Location: Perfect.
