We stayed at the DoubleTree Victoria for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything Victoria has to offer. Very disappointed. Rooms were okay but front desk is not nice. My son and I checked in at 8pm last night and was staying just 1 day… even as a Diamond member they were pushing us out at noon and would not even allow us to stay until 1pm .. only agreed to 12:30. Will never stay here again!
After 9:20am no customer of this French hotel. They still use this despicable and disgusting way to force other Starbucks customers to use this be bullied way to charger MacBook because they use salt and pepper to occupy the seats though no customers
