We stayed here over 4th of July. Latoya made our check in so easy, and even helped with an upgrade. The view for the fireworks in room 1017 was stunning. Thank you Latoya, the gentleman working the front desk last night on the fourth & our two bartenders. All four of you made our trip memorable, happy and comfortable!
Amazing stay. The area is clean and neat, and just minutes away with the train from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Rooms have the softest plush beds and are clean tip top. Mildred however needs a praise here, she was the most memorable, hospitable and warm person that I interacted with. Her professionalism and service standards really make this hotel stand out. Thank you. I will be back!
Great experience here. I feel like Kale at the front desk still uses the lost art of hospitality. I've had bad experiences before with Hilton, but not here! Very nice stay.
