Kel was amazing!! He took great care of us while we were there on a last minute booking during the blizzard. Thank you so much Kel!! The rooms here are really nice and clean! This is one of the best Doubletrees I have stayed at!
The double tree at washington boulevard customer service is great and location is convenient. The front desk name "Kale" was amazing. He was very professional and accommodating. He saw my kids and asked for their ages to provide coloring activities. He was able to provide all the amenities that we need. The only thing that I didn't like was the water in the shower was kind of cold. Other than that, everything else was amazing.
Mildred was SO NICE!!! Absolutely such a good experience checking in with her and the room was beautiful. Such a hard worker and so sweet.
