Great place to stay when visiting New York City. The Port authority Subway is just a block away to several New York City destinations including the world trade center
First time visiting this hotel, and despite the mixed reviews, our stay was overall pleasant. I'd consider it a solid 3-star hotel. We had an issue with a clogged sink, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it right away. The front desk staff was very friendly. The lobby, elevators, and bathroom tub are a bit outdated, but our king suite was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We also loved the warm cookies upon arrival.
