Rooms are disgusting. Room smelled like funk. Carpets were sticky. Black marks on the white comforter. “Thing” stuck to my feet on the carpet. Capper: dog poop in the hall way.
Broken or no exhaust fan in the bathroom is a big problem that is noticed by guests. Many hotels fail to repair these and I remember not to return.
Lauren, the late night front desk staff, was super sweet and so so kind. Truly a pleasure to interact with.
Great value. Sink kinda smelled like sewage sometimes. But Lauren, the night shift concierge, was so nice and hospitable.
