Excellent staff, Dedee and Raj are very professional and helpful!
The facility is kind in an state of disarray, it does not have a way to open the doors automatically for disabled people (one of my colleagues is on a wheelchair) so it could very challenging when a person like her is traveling alone.
Pleasant stay at this DoubleTree location. Comfortable beds, quiet area; however, the vent was dripping coolant. Our room had carpet; I would prefer tile for cleanliness. Overall, a good stay and accommodations. It's roughly 17 minutes from downtown Napa, so you'll need to Uber to most places.
This hotel looks beautiful, it was super easy to check in and find our room. There is plenty of parking and it is extremely easy and convenient to get from your car to your room.
