Wednesday managers happy hour. Spectacular cosmter service. Front deak rules clean rooms great food choices
This place was perfect location for our event at OC fairgrounds. Staff was great. If I had one complaint it would be the bed could be softer, but that is personal preference.
The hotel is very clean, well located, and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the service does not match the quality of the property. Breakfast is extremely overpriced. The front desk service was very poor. I was first given the wrong room, and after going upstairs my key didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk twice before they realized they had written the wrong room number. Overall, the hotel is nice, but the customer service is very weak.
Very beautiful hotel. Service when I encountered it was very pleasant. Only things I didn’t like was not having a microwave in the room and for some reason the mini fridge just froze everything that I put inside, even though the freezer setting was off. Other than that, I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s very clean, conveniently located and quiet from what we experienced
