Layout sucks and location is not great, but ok. Front desk guy works harder trying not to work than if he just did what was needed. Rooms are pretty standard, nothing stands out good or bad about them.

Close to John Wayne Airport. Parking is accessible though a paid for parking garage is attached to the hotel. Inadequate parking in front of hotel. The rooms are contemporary & up to date. Close to restaurants within walking distance though there is an bar/restaurant on site.

Cold service with check in despite being a diamond member. Elevators are very slow, no stairs available. Extra fees for everything. Wouldn’t recommend

Money over customers. I asked on multiple occasions to change the dates of my reservation as we were in town due to the death of a family member. I was told Tanisha had to approve changes like that. Well after personally meeting Tanisha she said Expedia would have to authorize the change and refund some extra days (we checked out three days early). Then Tanisha doesn’t answer the phone or respond to emails to Expedia about my request. Never staying here or a DoubleTree ever again.
