Sent this to hotel management and heard absolutely nothing back. "We recently stayed at your hotel and encountered some troublesome customer service. During our stay, our toddler experienced an upset stomach and nausea/vomiting during the night. My husband went down to the kitchen once breakfast opened and tried to order dry toast. Something to help settle her stomach after she had been up sick all night. The staff told him they couldn't help and she would have to come down and could eat at the $20 breakfast buffet. First Google Review of my life: --> This place is a JOKE. - Drove 2+ hours for my 8 months old and wife's first time out of the hometown for a mini-vacation. - Dead BED BUGS in the bed. - Black, moldy dust all over the carpet.
