Finally – Son, I just spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel my two nights at the Hilton in Fort Wayne so that I don't have to move from one hotel to another. I like the hotel I'm at now and I have 1500 miles to drive later in the week. When I called the Hilton today, they said that it was up to the on-line booking company, to call them about canceling the reservation. Great stay for business – I stayed at this hotel for over a week on business. Overall I would say it is a decent place to stay.

Hilton-In General – Do I even have to select a star, really? I booked a 3 night stay at one of their hotels and they charged my debit card 2xs 2 days before Christmas! That's about $300 of mine they are holding onto. I call their customer service line to get resolution and I get probably the rudest person, who definitely should A. Not EVER be in Customer Service of any kind and B. Probably needed to go home for the day if she is going to talk to people the way she talked to me. Great for Cardinal games – This hotel has been renovated since it was the Marriott Pavilion the last time I stayed here. Everything is very good from the staff to the amenities. Price for parking is a bit high, but there are plenty of lots close by if you want to save a few $$. If you are lucky to be on the north or east side of the hotel you have a great view of the the courthouse and Arch and a short walk to both!! Book early especially when the Cardinals are in town.
