I came here for a pre event planning and the event. Both times the valet employees were very rude. The second was even more irksome as I had asked about the vendor parking specifically. We rented a banquet room and the walls had spillage on them. We waited over 30 minutes for someone to take a coffee order.
dont trust this hotel they used my car to go to gas station when i dropped off to go.to pool for a bit. How i know as soon as i dropped my car off i asked 1 min later and manger said there lot was right across the street . 20 mins later with windows down it smelt like weed. so we check out and left immediately never again. lindsay the manger did nothing .
Horrible Experience! They have Valet only parking, and while in the custody of their staff they WRECKED my car and then denied responsibility of the damage. I missed my meetings arguing with them and reviewing the hotel's horrible camera footage proving according to them that my car was damaged when I dropped it off. To top off missing half my meetings, I am spending the next two days searching for video footage of my car before going to this crappy hotel just to support not having to pay my deductible to fix their damage! Horrible experience. First of all they only valet your car and there is no self park available. It’s $28 and takes at least 30-60 minutes for them to pull up your car each time you have to go anywhere. We couldn’t wait to leave and had to wait an hour for our car. There is also heavy construction going on next door so be prepared to listen to that during the day. It’s right next to the pool. Lastly, our free refrigerator froze everything and we had to throw all of our food away.
