I really enjoyed my stay. The reception staff was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. I had a room on the 5th floor with a pretty mountain view. I've stayed in other DoubleTrees before and this location exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again if I am in the area!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere allowed us to have a perfect night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Stayed at the Double Tree here in Kamloops for work this week and it was fantastic! The front desk staff/management were great, always friendly and ready with one of those cookies and coffee pods. The gym (although small) did have a Peloton which was a great suprise and they also had made arrangements at the YMCA (2 min walk away) for guests to use. So thoughtful and helpful. I was at this location for a business trip. While the room itself was ok, the stay qas quite unpleasant. Restaurant: I was part of a larger group attending an event. Breakfast was included in our booking. Breakfast took over 45 minutes to arrive… coffee over 30. That was on every morning even when there was only myself and one other guest.
