This hotel is older and could use an update but it's very service orientated, safe, and in a decent location. I was very satisfied with my treatment as a status member. The cookies are to die for! The room was older defintely but absolutely immaculate. No dirt at all and very well kept. It takes a lot of work to keep an older room like that very clean in appearance and they are defintely accomolishing it.

Good staff. Rooms are getting a little rundown. Broken desk in my room. Felt a little closed in some parts of room, low ceilings.

Disappointed in this Hilton property. The room had an odor of ammonia upon entry. When I communicated this to the front desk , I was told that housekeeping could spray freshener , but not until the next day. Also, there was a desk chair randomly sitting in the bathroom and it appeared the toilet had not been flushed. The front desk staff were efficient by not overly welcoming.
