The Manager was very helpful to do breakfast for the team after the breakfast hours.

The hotel itself is nice the staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent didn’t feel very clean in some areas and the bedside lamps did not work. Aside from that parking is $15.99+ Tax a night to park in the hotel parking lot which is new. Also the breakfast is $20 per adult $14 per child for a mediocre breakfast that would also be served in other places for free.

I’ve been staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton for just under 100 days, and in that time, no one has made a better impression on me than Celia. She’s been the friendliest, most helpful, and most genuinely kind person I’ve met here. Every interaction with her has been positive — she’s professional, attentive, and goes out of her way to make sure guests are taken care of. I am currently at the hotel and the receptionist, young lady in the morning is probably one of the unfriendly receptionist I have ever came across. She doesn’t smile, you feel unwelcoming, when you ask her a question doesn’t put any effort, to the point I had to ask her whether I did something wrong and since I am black, I even wandered if had anything to do with my skin color. By expressing my feeling, instead of apologizing, she got very defensive and told me to kick ass. She was so rude, I could believe it.
