This hotel screams cheap owner! There isn’t cable tv or even smart tvs, our room didn’t have bottled waters, it was out of shampoo, there was a horrible growling sound when a neighbor was taking a shower, no coffee maker or even cups, ice makers were out of order, laundry room was out of order, the sofa in our room was one piece of a sectional and was worn out, they want $18 a night to park in a regular parking lot, not even a location that’s scarce on space. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for so long. Unfortunately this place doesn't care at all about their guests. First of all the construction is super obtrusive and loud, second to charge for parking when you're in the middle of a business park, not downtown is a clear money grab. The staff USED to at least be kind enough to let you park while you disembarked but now they are not even allowing that. In addition, no diamond benefits while under reno. Stayed here with my family for 1 night and the hotel was good, the only thing I will say is customer service can definitely improve, the lady that checked us in seemed like she was having a bad day because her demeanor was not the best, other than that great hotel.

Horrible! I checked all curtains were ripped off, phones to front desk does not work, dead roches in the desk, tub clogged dirty sheets, I finally got moved they gave me an occupied room, I was moved again and there’s pee on the toilet, towels in the floor. Here I am getting moved again!
