Really good location for large events with plenty of parking in the garage.... the staff is very friendly and attentive to guest needs during banquet service and while serving beverages
This is a very nice hotel for the price. It's in a good location with easy access to various main streets. But, it's far enough off I-35 that you don't hear that traffic. It also has a couple good restaurants right nearby. The pool area is outstanding. The rooms are cozy and have been updated to have nice amenities. Though, a lot of the rooms smell musty and are tough to keep at a specific temperature. The HVAC needs to be updated in all the rooms. This place is a little run down and didn't get much service during my stay. Had to pick up replacement coffee and cups on day two. The room was completely refreshed but for some reason they didn't replenish that stuff for the next morning coffee. Toilet seat looks like it was painted by the maintenance staff. Bumpy and visually looked funny. There were opportunities to do some simple maintenance in the room to make it look more polished and up to date. Location's not bad, especially if you have a car. The staff was rude. The website is not accurate . It’s not pet welcomed/ friendly even said they can’t even be around our grounds. This was all told to us in front of other guests in a very rude manner. So disappointed we will never stay here and will book our conference group elsewhere.
We had so many issues in this hotel. They didn't have our room clean at all..it smelled so funny, the bedding was disgusting and the bathroom was not clean. The hot tub was so cold. The restaraunt needs help and was so nasty. Never again!
