The bathroom doesn’t have a fan so the ceiling has been patched over and over and looks bad. If you want free coffee before checkout, forget it. You can pay $3 at the little restaurant. Hilton is getting petty.

We were greeted by Rebecca upon entering the hotel, very friendly, helpful and informative. She offered my spouse and I one of the warm baked cookies with a bottle of water ( don't skip the cookies, they are the Best). The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable, quiet at night, the pool was a perfect temperature. Bathroom was clean with enough soft fluffy towels for a couple. The rooms need an update. They were musty smelling. The pool area was very nice. The pool floor a little rough so bring some swim shoes.
Good stay overall but the hotel is extremely dated and in serious need of modernization. Not what I expect from A Doubletree property. Hallways smell, dingy carpet in rooms and just not very well done. This was our daughter's college visit trip as well. Going forward we may need to stay at the Hyatt or Madison.
