Very disappointing experience. I accidentally left an expensive Lancôme Idôle perfume worth over $100 in my room. When I contacted the front desk, the staff member spent less than a minute “checking” the computer and simply told me there was nothing in Lost & Found. There was no effort whatsoever to investigate, contact housekeeping, or help locate the item. I know I left it in the room, so I can only assume someone is now enjoying a very nice “free” gift. Very disappointing lack of care and customer service.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. Old hotel. Incorrect bills. One angry employee. This hotel is old and in need of a refurbishing. Quite literally the worst DoubleTree I have ever stayed in. I stay in Hilton properties 100+ days a year and this is one of the worst. Rooms near the pool feel damp and smell of pool. In addition to the above, there is one individual at the front desk who is perhaps one of the most rude and angry employees I've encountered. Rooms have old, rusty lamps and worn-out chairs; the doorways have chipping paint. There is no microwave in the room, and none is available. The restaurant has very limited food variety. This is not a Hilton brand hotel I'll stay at again.

Stayed for 2 days, the first room we were placed, the only light in the bathroom didnt work at all so they moved us to a different room with no issue. The second room the shower floor was so disgustingly dirty I had to go to the store to get bleach and a magic eraser to scrub it. The amount of crud that came up was astonishing considering the price for a room a night.
