Everything was perfect until I left. I gave them my credit card for incidentals. Instead, they charged the card of the person who made the reservation. I was sent a form to fill out. It has multiple issues so I can't use it. I would like to fix this, so I have called multiple times and left messages on their Facebook page. All phone calls go straight to a call center instead of the front desk. No one replies to their FB messages.
