TERRIBLE!!!! We have had MONTHS of problems with this company . When they have outages they typically take at least a day to get back up and whenever there is any type of problem the customer support goes to an automated message so you can t get in touch with anyone. They require a contract and even when they provide this service (or no service at all).. you re basically stuck until the contract expires. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It s aw
This is the most ridiculous service provider I have ever dealt with.
where to start.....this is one of the worst companies i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have no support, and when they do, its a joke,like 5 MONTHS..YES 5 MONTHS to reply to a 12 hour outage. They are clever with their contracts and will screw you at every opportunity. They had some decent people, but they all left as the company started collapsing. At least that is an upside, they wont be in business too much longer...good riddance.
