Doublehorn is honest company. We have use them for IP phone calling with not any problem. I give 4 stars and am happy use them.

I have nothing bad to say about the company. I have been a customer of theirs for 3 years and I never have to worry about service issues or customer support. The features they offer are WAY better than what we had at a different company and with live support you cant go wrong. We recently moved our office and DoubleHorn was able to get a tech out here and we were up and running with no missed calls. Their prices are very competitive if not cheaper and much better customer service then the rest.

We have a fairly complex phone system and wanted a completely hosted solution. We had quotes from various suppliers and DoubleHorn was the only company that sent out a professional to look at what we already had and what we needed to set up the system properly. They had us turned up quickly and we did not have any down time. Business went on as usual during the installation. We have yet to have any problems or hiccups or any quality issues. The customer service is polite professional. We are very glad to be using DoubleHorn.

I have not seen any of the problems the previous reviews have had. I have had service from Doublehorn for almost 3 years and have not had any problems with services or the help desk. I have refereed almost my entire building and everyone is extremely happy with them.

TERRIBLE!!!! We have had MONTHS of problems with this company . When they have outages they typically take at least a day to get back up and whenever there is any type of problem the customer support goes to an automated message so you can t get in touch with anyone. They require a contract and even when they provide this service (or no service at all).. you re basically stuck until the contract expires. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It s aw
